For Residential Cleaning

We will need to know the following:
1) What type of service do you require? (Spring Cleaning/New House/ Move Out/Aircon Cleaning)
2) How big is the place? (3rm/4rm/5m, Condo/HDB/Landed, sqft/sqm)
3) Which date are you looking at?

We usually send one cleaner to each job.We may send two cleaners if you want, but you will pay twice the cost.

If it’s your first time engaging our service, we recommend that you are present to orient our cleaner/s about the areas of your house that need attention.

The following are the exclusions of our part-time helper service:

  • (High-reach cleaning) We cannot clean areas that require higher than 3-step ladders.
  • (Exterior cleaning) We clean balcony floors and windows as long as they are reachable and safe.
  • (Personal care) We do not provide childcare, elder care, and pet care.

Yes, please do so. Here is a list of the things to prepare:

1 floor squeegee
1 toilet bowl bleach
1 bathroom cleaning solution/stain remover
1 toilet bowl brush
1 stiff bristle floor brush
1 toilet sponge
1 pail
3 microfibre cloths
1 vacuum (for wireless vacuums, ensure it’s fully charged)
1 floor cleaner
1 set of mop and pail
1 kitchen stove cleaner
1 window/glass cleaning solution
1 iron/steamer (optional)
1 ironing board (optional)

We would advise clients to keep all valuable items during the cleaning. If something is lost, please inform us immediately, and we will investigate. If the need arises, we will have the police involved.

We will take extra caution and great care when cleaning your home.
However, accidents may happen. If you notice breakage/damage, note that you must notify us immediately, so that we can take the appropriate actions.

Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be dusted or cleaned by the client. Please note that antiques, irreplaceable one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find items are not covered by our breakage and loss policy.
We suggest that such items be moved to a safe location on the day of your cleaning.
We cannot be responsible for breakage of items which are unstable or in an unstable environment. All surfaces are assumed to be sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing harm. (Esp for cleaning of appliances, microwaves/ovens, stoves, hobs and fridges.)

CHS is not held liable for any ingrained dirt that was already formed prior to the cleaning. This includes dirt/stains that cannot be removed using standard professional chemicals.
CHS will not be liable for the damages of furnishings, wall and/or floor finishes, built in cabinets as a result of poor fitting or workmanship.
This applies to existing damages which are already done to Client’s property in the form of old stains/burns/spillage etc.
which cannot be removed either partially or completely using industry standard cleaning methods.

No hidden costs, no long-term contract, and no agency fee. You only pay for the hours we work. Start and stop whenever you want. For recurring services, a minimum of 3 cleaning sessions is required, after which you’re free to modify or end the service.

Please inform us at least two (2) days before your scheduled sessions so we can find the next available timeslot for you and avoid incurring a penalty (half of your order value).

Absolutely! If you are happy with the service provided by a particular maid, you can request them for future bookings for a consistent and personalised cleaning experience (for recurring services). However, for ad-hoc service, you may request for the same helper, but this is subject to their availability.
